CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Please read the conditions of hire before proceeding to make a booking.
Before making a booking please ensure you have recieved a quote from Ezyjukebox to confirm the cost
Please also view our songlist to ensure you are aware of the music selection that is available.
The client is fully responsible for any loss, theft, burglary, or damages to any equipment hired from Ezyjukebox. The client is responsible for the sensible and safe use of any equipment hired from Ezyjukebox.
Jukebox & Karaoke units hired to clients are not to be transported from the clients site and can only be installed and removed by an Ezyjukebox staff member.
Ezyjukebox retains full right to reclaim expenses from the hirer in relation to repairs, recovery, and or replacement of the hire equipment.
Ezyjukebox does not accept responsibility for personal injury or property damage caused by a breach of these conditions.
In the event that Ezyjukebox does not have access to pick up the hire equipment at the pre-arranged time, the client will forfeit the deposit/bond when a deposit/bond has been paid and will be charged a fee equal to twice the hire fee per day for each day late until the hire equipment is picked up or returned in accordance with the conditions above. Under no circumstances is any equipment other than that owned and/or approved by Ezyjukebox to be added, connected or used in conjunction with the hire equipment. The client must ensure that no modification, changes, additions to, or attempts to repair or alter the hire equipment be made by anyone other than an employee of Ezyjukebox.
Ezyjukebox accepts no responsibility or liability for any losses that may be incurred due to malfunction or incorrect use of the hire equipment.
The client acknowledges that all the hire equipment is the sole property of Ezyjukebox.
The client acknowledges that they are aware of the media selection available.
In the event that the client wishes to cancel a hire booking, then the client shall notify Ezyjukebox via email not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the date of hire.
The client may be subject to reimbursing Ezyjukebox the cost of the cancelled hire.
